Today we went to Grandpa Healey’s Cabin. We took a drive over to Provo River Falls. I think Provo River Falls is a dumb name, because we were far from Provo, but it was just the Provo River. I think it should be called “A waterfall really faraway from Provo that eventually ends up in Provo River” who knows maybe the name might catch on. Even though the name is dumb, I LOVE to go here.

These are pictures of Cameron and my brother Casey building us a pergola. It was a great because I got a pergola and I got to hang out with Aly and the kids! We even went to Old Navy and got flip flops for $1.00. Later that night we went to my Aunt and Uncle’s birthday party (in plain city) and the girls spent even more time together. What a fun day!!

This is my boy, im so proud! He climbed up and over this all by himself! I took these pick with my phone, so if they are a little bit fuzzy you will know why.

5 years

Today I have been married to my BEST FRIEND for 5 years! Cameron and I meet on a blind date. My best friend and his uncle were in Iraq together. After a while of talking on the phone we decided to just have lunch and see if it was worth going to dinner together. WELL it was! We started dating in June of 2003 and were engaged in January 2004. When we got married we lived in Logan and went to Utah State, we loved living in Logan. BUT when Cameron’s work reorganized we found ourselves living with his parents just one week later. We both got new jobs and were registered at Utah States extensions. It was crazzzzy how easy and fast things worked out for us during that week. It was hard once we moved down to Utah County but we knew it was right. It was about March 2006, and after living with his parents for a year we moved out into a great little basement apartment in Alpine. We lived there for a year as well. Cameron graduated in Business, we had Rio, and then I graduated in education. We bought a house in Lehi in May of 2007. We have really loved living here and love all the friends we have made. I taught school for a year and then in August 2008 we had Krey. Cameron has been working at Brown Strauss the past 2.5 years in Salt Lake. We like to go swimming, climbing, being outside, RSL Games, BBQ's, and going to the Canyon together. Our kids are our world and we love and support each other. Well that was a short version of us. O and Cameron got be beautiful flowers last night for our Aniversery!

Tea Party

May 17th is my mother’s birthday! This year we started a tradition that I’m very excited about, we are going to have a tea party. My sisters did a lot of work, they had beautiful decorations that the kids help make. The food looked absolutely perfect and tasted great. Best of all was the company! I thought it was so fun to watch the cousins dish their plated up with cookies and fruit with little sandwiches. PLUS each grandchild had their own tea pot that they used to refill their cup with fruit punch! Grandma Sharon likes to have a tea party. It started when she would drink out of a little tea cup her Grandma Amy. My mom still has the little tea cup from her Grandma. As my moms grandkids have gotten older she gives them their own tea set. The kids love to have tea parties with grandma and love to play pretend! Mom I love you and happy birthday!!

GRASS

We have grass, and could not be happier! We had family and friends over on Saturday morning to help put down our grass and it only took them an hour or so. We have been looking at our grass and just loving it. I think next week we are going to run through the sprinklers and next month we are going to sleep out side, why? Because we can now that we have GRASS!

For Mothers Day, (Well the day before), I had Grandma Healey and Grandma White over for a breakfast with my family. I also let the 2 grandpa come. It was a fun breakfast and when it was over I didn’t have any pictures, SO these are pictures of Grandpa and Grandma White that I took on the real day of Mothers day. Also on real mothers Day we went up to Grandma Sharon’s and had a Dinner!

Miss Longenecker

Cameron and I meet Miss Longenecker (Hailey) and her parents at an RSL game on the 6th, and due to the situation of Mrs. Longenecker (she is having a baby maybe on the 22), I asked if Hailey could come stay at our house until and weekend. YES, YES SHE COULD!! I was excited and I was sure Rio would be too! When we went to Grandpa and Grandma White’s to pick up Rio and Krey after the RSL game. Rio was so hyper; she was like a crazy woman. I was happy that the girls were going to get to hang out together for a couple of days. They played together really well and Hailey was very nice when Rio colored on her picture. Also Hailey would fold her arms and say, “I’m going to be a good girl and listen to my mommy and Dad”. It was so nice to have a big girl that would listen to me, and because Hailey was doing what I asked then Rio wanted to too. We all had a fun weekend!

These are my first loafs of bread! I was so excited to try this new recipe I heard about out. I was thinking that it would take a while before it would look like "BEAUTIFUL" bread, But I did it on the first try!! Mind you the beauty is in the eye of the beholder. YET, it tasted ….ok. I think that as I keep working on it I will be able to figure out how to make it to fit my liking.

Party time

Rio was invited to a DOUBLE birthday party. It was for her friends Mackay and his sister Bella! The party was pirate themed (from Mackay), but with a princess cake (for Bella). Rio had a lot of fun.
