Josie is 3

Josie wanted her Birthday at the Beach, and I was totally excited about it. We have a lot of pictures to prove to granny Sharon what a good time we had. Keyes brought paddle boards and a kayak; Halls brought some cool toys too. We played all day long, we had a great time and some crazy tired kids. 

 

 

This really was a great day. Everyone was ready and willing to play and party! The Dads came and that always make it more fun. Im glad everyone took time out to make this trip awesome!

Josie got a camp chair and a bubble gun from Dean and Lindsey. 

Casey told Lindsey to grab her camera as we were leaving and take a "Family Picture" for dad. This is our area at the beach after we cleaned up. The Seagulls in all their glory. 

(Now that we are all married my dad calls us seagulls. He says that we come in eat all the food; crap all over the place; then leave. I wish I was lying when I say that he has a ceramic seagull that sits on a log in his front yard just to humor himself.) 

Koen

 Koen got his first bee sting. Poor boy.

                       The kids were outside and said that Koen must of got stung by a bee because no one was around him, and he started crying and grabbing his cheek.

 Because Im so awesome I made some mud and put it on his face.    He did NOT think that was awesome.

 Because Im crazzzy I could not put him in the tub to get the mud off, I had to put him in the sink. I could clean the sink out better and use less water.

The next day we had a friend over for Koen to play with. Her name is Hanna, she is my brothers daughter. Koen really liked having her around, I think she like it some of the time.

Shedaisy

This is one of 72 pictures/movies Rio took during the Shedaisy concert. I let her use my phone to take some pictures.
Well she sure did, it made me giggle. She had a wonderful time

Grandma was going to tend the boys but we got her to come down too!

After the Shedaisy concert, American Fork Steel Days did an awesome firework show. It was really really long and had many different songs. What a fun memory. O and Cameron and Brandon were at the RSL soccer game that RSL won!

Josie's Play House

I did ask to mow the lawn. It was HARD,
plus one of the belts broke while I was driving.
So now Dean and Lindsey can eat as many Choco-Tacos
they want at my house.

This is the PLAY house, it could not
be any better!

Krey came in the real house from the play house and asked for a treat. Lindsey was on the phone so I just opened up a big
bag of gum she had. Gum keeps kids happy for a long time and their was a big bag. I gave Krey gum for everyone
that was out in the play house. Trig was sleeping and Koen could have some gum.
Time passes
Krey comes in for a treat. I ask him where his gum is. (We are working on not swallowing it, and putting it in the trash). Krey said the threw it in the grass. --Lindsey is NOT on the phone anymore-- She tells krey to go get that gum and put it in her trash before he can have anything. (Lindsey HATES HATES gum).
I LOOK AT LINDSEY REAL SERIOUS LIKE
I tell her in a calm voice that I have just given her soon to be three year old daughter her first piece of gum. I forgot that Josie
has never had gum and is not allowed gum. I really didn't mean to. BUT now that I did, I made Lindsey take a picture of Josie and I.

Fun before bed.

The view on the way to Bear Lake, I loved it!

This makes me miss Karla and Grandma Hall.
